Anne V. Roediger, M.Ac, CPA
aroediger@roedigerhoff.comAnne’s practice focuses on growth and profit improvement and tax reduction for a broad range of businesses and their owners. A native Tucsonan, she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Arizona. Anne continually updates her skills with professional education in tax planning, accounting, and training with Mindshop consultants. As a member of the Tax Practice Committee of the Arizona Board of Accountancy, Anne keeps abreast of the accounting profession’s high ethical standards and challenges. She is also an active member of the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, the Tucson Tax Study Group, the Arizona Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. Anne has served as treasurer of several non-profit organizations including Intercultural Center for the Study of Deserts and Oceans (“CEDO”) and PAWS, an auxiliary of the Assistance League of Tucson. In her spare time, Anne enjoys flying airplanes and studying foreign languages.
Anne C. Hoff, M.S., CPA

Building relationships and untangling financial problems attracted Anne to the accounting profession. With a B.S.–Agronomy and M.S.-Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she began her career with Touche Ross & Co. and spent eight years as tax accountant and financial analyst with a national partnership syndicator and property management company in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Over the past twelve years, Anne has made Tucson her home and developed a specialization in the taxation of individuals, trusts and estates, with additional expertise in divorce consultation and mediation related to tax and accounting issues. Anne’s professional affiliations include serving on the Board of Directors for the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council and the Tucson Tax Study Group, and on the Professional Advisory Committee for the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona. Anne is also a member of the Arizona Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, the American Women’s Society of CPAs, and a volunteer mediator for Our Family Services. Outside of her profession, Anne enjoys her family and their shared participation in music, hiking, and triathlons.
Theresa L. Tanner, CPA
ttanner@roedigerhoff.comTheresa’s career in accounting is built on a foundation of corporate and multi-state accounting and tax experience. Initially involved with budgeting and planning for Intel Corporation, she progressed through advanced education and public accounting firms in California, Texas, and Arizona. Theresa has a 15 year work history with Anne Roediger, maintains active CPA licenses in Arizona and Texas, and provides the continuity and expertise that her individual and business clients depend on. Dedicated to community support, Theresa has an expertise in financial reporting for not-for-profit organizations and serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for Aviva Children’s Services. When not managing the flow of work in our dynamic office, Theresa seeks relaxation in creating flame-worked glass beads and pursuing her interest in black and white photography.
Andie Sotomayor, CPA

The newest addition to the Roediger Hoff team, Andie brings over 20 years of private and public accounting experience. A sixth-generation Tucson native, Andie graduated from the University of Arizona in 1996, and holds active CPA licenses in Arizona and Colorado. She thrives on bringing value-added accounting and tax services to business and individual clients. Andie serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for Tucson American Marketing Association, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and the Arizona Society of CPAs. An avid baseball fan, fisherman and outdoorsman, loves to share her spare time with her nephews.
Veronica Lopez, Senior Accountant
vlopez@roedigerhoff.comOver eight years of public accounting experience following the achievement of her B.S.-Accounting from the University of Arizona have confirmed Veronica’s passion for client service and high accounting standards. She works in tax compliance, accounting services, and financial reporting for individuals, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Veronica visits clients on-site to assist with bookkeeping services at their places of business and enjoys the opportunity to communicate in Spanish for those clients who feel more comfortable. In her spare time, Veronica delights in spending time with her children and volunteering at their school. She also serves as the treasurer for her church in Tucson.
Sheila Piasecki, Accounting Services
spiasecki@roedigerhoff.comWith thirteen years of accounting experience in the automotive industry, Sheila knows how to solve problems, create order out of chaos, and maintain a positive attitude! She shares her expertise in payroll processing, sales tax compliance, account reconciliation, bill-paying, and bookkeeping for companies large and small. Sheila is also available for elder care services to provide high quality and personalized accounting services in the office or in the client’s home. When not sorting out confusion in the world of personal and business finance, Sheila enjoys family time riding motorcycles and quads, and tending to an assortment of domesticated pets.
Liz Spencer, Office Administrator
lspencer@roedigerhoff.comLiz thrives on customer service while managing the intake and outflow of work product, firm administrative matters, and client account service requests. She also prides herself in promoting the progressive technological initiatives at Roediger Hoff. Dedicated to her career, Liz works full-time while furthering her education and pursuit of artistic expression. She also enjoys hiking, swimming, and reminiscing about her years growing up in Maui.
